This class will introduce you to these social channels and teach you how to optimize and measure the success of each of them in order to increase customer engagement.

About the Instructor:
Trina Albus is a seasoned technology strategist with 15+ years of career experience, including 7 years in social media. Her recent client roster includes beauty, fashion, lifestyle and e-commerce brands in New York, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, including Saatchi Online, Wish, Jouer Cosmetics, J. Mendel, Viddy, Vyclone and Eleni's Cookies. In addition, Trina is a contributor to Financial Times Press book, 33 Million People in the Room: How to Create, Influence, and Run a Successful Business with Social Networking. She serves as a mentor at Launchpad LA, io/LA and Amplify. She taught a Social Media for Brands workshop at the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City in 2010. Trina has been involved with Social Media Week since 2009, serving as an Advisory Board member and speaker at Social Media Week New York and Los Angeles.
